The Body Shop

I purchased items that didn't have a safety seal and the jars and bottle were half full. It was like opening a bag of potato chips with half the bag containing air for them to save money. There are too many products out here. I don't love anything they make. Their products are nice but if you can't fill thy container more than half full... I'm out.

Best part of this place is definitely the staff. The products and atmosphere are nice, but the people working there were just so friendly and memorable. Also, they need to stock up a little more lavender for MFF next year, on the first weekend of December. Gay people love lavender and we were so disappointed to see they were out

Not sure of her name but she was extremely helpful. Black girl long hair. She is my Sagittarius sister. She was so helpful. Offered tons of samples to help me make the right decision and was able to show me all my different options. Was just gonna look to buy next time but she was so amazing I went ahead and bought it anyways. She is the best!

Horrible... They guaranteed they would hold merchandise for me - Christmas presents - and then when I called to pick them up, told me they had sold them because they couldn't hold merchandise. Would have been nice if they would have asked for my phone number and called and warned me - never again Body Shop .

Their products are much better quality than the other place we all know. The staff at Outlet Mall location in Rosemont gave exceptional custimer service, were so friendly and helpful! Wow, sometimes I forget what it's like to be treated with courtesy and kindness. Is there some way I can lobby for a raise for them?
